Information we collect
When you sign up on this site we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. We also record which form you used and the date of your signup. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you discount codes, launch updates and recovery content. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send marketing text messages. We also use aggregate signup data to understand interest in our products.
Service providers
We use Klaviyo to manage email and SMS marketing, and a hosted database to store signup records. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
Data retention and security
We keep signup information for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it on request. Access to contact records is restricted to authorized administrators.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
